MAP attempts to find long-term solutions for patients who have limited incomes or financial resources and who take chronic medications.
Medicare Drug Benefit Consult Service
Medicare Part D offers prescription drug coverage to Medicare beneficiaries beginning January 1, 2006. With approximately 43 million Americans becoming eligible for the benefit beginning in January, services must be in place to aid in the sign up process and to offer assistance in facilitating a patient-guided decision. The Consult Service aims to provide the assistance you need.
Multiple Medication Therapy Management Service (MTMS)
The MTMS' mission is to assist patients whom have multiple chronic medications with the management of their drug therapy in order to improve or maintain their health and prevent or minimize drug therapy-related problems.
Rx Bag & Go
This program is offered by the Pharmaceutical Care Center Outpatient Pharmacy as a service for patients or caregivers of patients on multiple chronic medications who understand the necessary compliance of taking medications in the effort to maintain their health.

Smoking Cessation Clinic
Established in 1997, the Smoking Cessation Clinic helps patients, faculty, employees, and students to stop smoking, the clinic offers patients an individualized consultation.
Transplant Pharmacy Services
The Transplant Pharmacy at the Medical Center is dedicated to serving the needs of transplant patients. In order to better serve you, we offer multiple services at no extra charge.
Wellness Center Pharmacy Managed Clinics
We provide an Antithrombosis Clinic (ATC) which assists with management and monitoring of patients who receive anticoagulants and antithrombotics and a Hyperlipidemia Clinic offering services to patients in need of medication and/or dietary management.
