To refer a patient or request a consultation, please call the Referral Center during regular business hours at 1-888-842-1801. The center's staff will connect you with the appropriate healthcare professional.
Transfer of Patients to UIC Medical Center
UIMC Transfer Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (312) 996-6226. The Transfer Center coordinates the smooth transfer of patients from outside facilities to UIC Medical Center through an attending physician to attending physician referral process.
