  • Reimbursement assistance
  • Blood pressure monitors
  • Pill boxes

By calling (312) 413-7847 we can begin filling your medicines and sending them to you. This same
phone number provides you with access to specialized transplant pharmacists who will answer any
drug questions you may have. Our pharmacy works closely with your team of transplant doctors,
nurses, and pharmacists to insure that you are always on the right medicines to keep you at your
best health.
