Pediatric Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat)

Our department is nationally recognized, previously earning a listing among “America’s Best Hospitals” in U.S. News and World Report.

The Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology is committed to the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders. Areas of expertise include: Airway endoscopic and open airway reconstruction, phonosurgery, and laser surgery; Acute and chronic ear disease, Cochlear implantation, Congenital ear anamolies of ear, Hearing loss evaluation and treatment; Medical/surgical management of sinusitis, Chronic drooling, Obstructive sleep apnea; Benign/Malignant tumors of the head and neck. A wide range of coordinated services are available with other UIC Pediatric subspeciality divisions including gastroenterology, surgery, endocrinology, neurology, and pediatrics.
