Child Life Program

Child Life is a program that provides psychosocial and emotional support to hospitalized children and their families. We create a safe environment that will allow children to continue their normal growth and development during hospitalization.  We provide support and teach coping skills during medical procedures.  Child Life supervises developmentally appropriate activities and equipment in the pediatric playroom and at bedside.  We provide parent support groups, and additional supportive activities.
