Oxygen Monitor Fails to Help Doctors Detect Birth Risks

Dr. Sarah Kilpatrick, head of obstetrics and gynecology, was quoted in a Nov. 23 New York Times article about a New England Journal of Medicine study that found fetal pulse oximetry does not provide any benefit to mothers or babies during labor.
