Preparation Brings Better Hip Replacement Outcomes

Dr. Raymond Klug, an orthopedic resident at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, presented findings from a study he authored at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in Chicago on Wednesday. In the study, Dr. Klug and colleagues found that a number of factors can be used to predict the outcome of hip surgery following fracture.
