An employee will receive a Class Act or Caught in the Act Award by demonstrating the specific criteria for the award. Please be as descriptive and thorough as possible in your nomination.
Class Act
Criteria: This employee is a role model who continuously demonstrates exceptional competence and compassion in the performance of his/her job responsibilities...an outstanding example of the University of Illinois Medical Center’s five values: Integrity, Innovation, Service Excellence, Safety, and Accountability
Caught in the Act
Criteria: This employee demonstrates one or both of the following:
Concern for and support of others in performing daily tasks
Service beyond the call of duty either on-the-job or in the community
Relying upon the information you provide, the Employee Recognition Committee will determine the appropriate category of each nomination.
